Korbin Kameron Sauvignon Blanc

Hey Friends! Here’s what’s at my table this weekend. Have you tried the 2019 Korbin Kameron Sauvignon Blanc? If you haven’t you should! We tasted this wine during one of the Hue Society chapter tastings and I had to buy a bottle. This family business is named after their twins Korbin and Kameron. This beautiful vineyard is located on the ridge of Mt. Veeder on the Mayacamas Mountain Range and straddles the Napa/Sonoma county line at 2,300 ft. It’s farmed organically, biodynamically, and sustainably.

This dry Sauvignon Blanc is very citrusy and fresh.
On the nose, you’ll get citrus, fresh grassy notes, and melon.
On the palate, palate there’s lemon peel, grapefruit, and melon.
A lot of good acidity which makes this so fresh and easy to drink.

Over the last year and half I’ve grown more in love with Sauvignon Blanc and I love trying new ones. It’s so much fun exploring! I hope you get a chance to try it!
